This time around the Champchefs Archive has had a varied tour welcoming teams from Asia, South Africa, Europe, America and Germany.

As this archive slowly builds one thing becomes apparent: many national associations have scant records of the achievements of their culinary teams. The repositories for much of this information are found mainly with individual chefs who have often retired. When viewing chefs web sites one regularly sees a listing of directors and officers; rarely will one come across the position or title of archivist.

You may note from the 1st edition that we have traced the identities of the members of the  of the Australian National Junior Team who were victorious in the 1984 Frankfurt Olympics; we are still seeking information on their home states and colleges.

Occasionally the archive is missing team members names and complete results. Information needs to be definitive to be included in the archive. Champchefs would value any input making for a correct up-date.

Interested in submitting a team….be it from present times or yester-year?  Please contact champchefs. Our Email address is listed below.
