Always the innovator Southern Sun Hotels joined with South African Airways to bring to South Africa a new and exciting dining concept.
Twenty of the Worlds great chefs were invited to share their countries culinary creations in a ten day international food festivals hosted by Southern Sun Hotels country-wide. This extraordinary production was managed by Bill Gallagher and Chef Brian McCune.
